International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges which are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping Carriers: We use top rated carriers to ship our products. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Delivery Issues: Eagle Eye Apparel is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from the respective carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the respective carrier.
Packaging: All items are packed professionally to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. The options for expedited shipping are presented at checkout.
Delays: Occasionally, packages are delayed due to weather or other unforeseen events. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control.
